Six degrees of freedom (6DOF) position and orientation is measured by a photogrammetry system using 3 linear CCD camera’s and 3 infrared markers. Rigid bodies can automatically be identified in real-time by our CTrack software.

Based on specific application requirements, CTech proposes a suitable measurement solution configuration. The offered metrology solution consists of CTrack software combined with a selection of the following metrology equipment:

    • Nikon Metrology/Krypton K600

Unlike classical photogrammetry systems, these measurement

systems are pre-calibrated to allow immediate data collection,

and will maintain calibration even if the optical tracker is moved.

OUR MISSION

What drives us are dynamic measurement solutions to gain a deeper understanding of a product’s functional performance. To accomplish that, we develop software solutions for motion and deformation measurements taken with selected optical measurement systems. The integrated solutions, built around our proprietary CTrack software, are modular and scalable and serve applications where real-time tracking is needed.

To support customers, CTech specialists provide consultancy and training services to bring them up to speed with executing measurement campaigns. The acquired data assist customers in the research and development of ships, aircrafts, cars, trains and trams as well as other products such as oil drilling platforms, robots or medical devices.

REAL-TIME POSITION TRACKING

  • CTech is about real-time position tracking to measure motion and deformation accurately.

  • Our solutions are built around CTrack, our proprietary real-time 3D/6DOF tracking software.

  • Used in conjunction with selected commercial metrology systems, CTrack establishes closed-loop position feedback control on the tracked object through analog or digital output channels.

SCALABLE AND EASY TO INTEGRATE

  • The CTrack software is scalable and easily integrates into any hardware setup and data acquisition stream.

  • Typically, CTrack operates with with selected optical measuring systems including NDI, Nikon K600 and API laser-trackers.

  • CTech establishes proven interfaces with these measuring systems and evaluates any other systems made available by customers.
